The YABS group is the young adult community of Riverview. We are committed to creating a place where young people can belong, grow, and encounter God. We meet weekly for worship/teaching and seasonal events. Ages 18-25
The YABS Home Group is the young adult ministry at Riverview. Our goal is to help young adults find, grow, and nurture their relationship with Jesus and walk their lives out in freedom together. We believe you shouldn’t do life alone.
YABS exists to help young adults find community and stay connected to God. As YABS attend the goal is also for them to grow through mentorships and friendships with others. As the next generation, we believe in nurturing a strong relationship in Christ and helping young adults to establish leadership skills.
We currently meet on Wednesday nights at 6pm at the Hall Building located in downtown Coos Bay (300 Central Ave, Coos Bay, OR 97420).
On a Wednesday nights, the first half hour is dedicated to fellowship. This is a great time for us to get to know each other, connect, and eat some oh so delicious pizza. After that we move into a time of worship and teaching. We wrap up the night with hanging out and getting to know each other more!
Absolutely yes! We will be offering free pizza every week.
